Loyola Center for Fitness offers classes and events to increase your fitness knowledge and improve your well-being.   Whether you are participating in a group fitness class or a nutrition lecture, our caring and professional staff is here to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals.  We offer over 70 group fitness classes per week and monthly programs and seminars designed to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Group Fitness

Loyola Center for Fitness offers over 70 group fitness classes per week which are included with your membership to the Center.  Whether you are interested in aquatic exercise, heart pounding spinning or revitalizing your mind and body in a yoga class, you will find a class that fits your needs.  Our certified and experienced instructors will guide you through safe and effective sessions to help you improve your fitness level.
