Your decision to join Loyola Center for Fitness is one that we believe will positively impact your life.  Our dedicated staff is here to help you reach your goals.   Whether you are just beginning an exercise program or training for a sporting event, our state-of-the-art facility and equipment and excellent staff will take you to the next level. 

Carolyn Found Strength

Carolyn Croft joined Loyola Center for Fitness on November 14, 1999 after coming from an orthopedic surgeon who informed her that her legs and ankles were so weak she could be in a wheelchair in 2 years.  

At first, when Carolyn came to the Center, she tried machines and exercises on her own but knew she needed a push and support. Carolyn felt like personal training could be an option.  Her personal trainer has helped her to get overall strength both in her upper and lower body. 

In almost the 11 years at the Center, Carolyn have become much stronger, lowered her weight and blood sugar and enjoyed the environment and the friendly staff, especially her workouts with her personal trainer.
