Nutrition Coaching

Our registered dietitian, Cris Harder, is here to assist you in making healthy food selections. Is seeing a dietitian right for you? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then a nutrition coaching is right for you.

  • Do you eat meals that you can grab and go?
  • Do you want to eat healthier but don’t know how to start?
  • Are you confused by all the diet commercials and information in the media?
  • Do you yo-yo diet and always regain any weight that was lost?
  • Do you have high cholesterol, blood pressure, or diabetes?
  • Do you skip meals?

The initial consultation will be 60 minutes. All remaining sessions are 30 minutes.

30-minute nutritional coaching session

(2) 30-minute nutritional coaching sessions
(3) 1 hour-personal training sessions

Our Nutrition Coaching program is included in our group weight management program Change Your Weigh and a more individualized program in Foundations.
