"I am very excited to combine my 15 years’ healthcare experience as an occupational therapist with my training as a Wellcoaches Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My most valuable lesson has been that wellness is a very individualized journey of ups and downs that has more to do with habits, environment, relationships and emotions than simply diet and exercise. I believe that professionals can best facilitate this journey by listening to and guiding individuals to uncover their own strengths and motivations while helping them to challenge limiting beliefs in order to make meaningful changes. I am also a 200-hr yoga teacher and teach Tai Chi Fundamentals. I hope to combine my own passion for health through simple living and self-compassion with my strong belief that a healthier life is always within reach, regardless of illness, disability or other limitations."
