Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds in between each exercise. After completing all 6 exercises take a 45 seconds active recovery break and get some water. Complete 5-6 rounds
Jumping Jacks
Walking Lunge with Dumbbell
Weighted Squats
Glute Bridge (progression – single leg)
Wall Sit
Single Leg Deadlift (hold one or two dumbbells)
