Warm-Up:
AMRAP (As many reps as possible)
TRX squat jumps
Supine (on floor) unilateral hip bridges
Kettlebell swings using the hip-hinge technique
Workout:
4 sets and 15-20 repetitions for each. Complete all 4 sets before moving onto next exercise
Barbell hip thrusts
Trap deadlifts
Assisted unilateral Romanian deadlifts with weight
Goblet box squats
Walking lunges with barbell held overhead
High step up to knee up with dumbbells in suitcase farmer’s carry position
Light Romanian deadlifts – bilateral
Finisher: lateral banded monster walks
