Scrooges’ Squats – 12 reps
Holiday Hi-Knees – 25 reps/leg
Here we come a-wassai-Lunge – 10 reps/leg
Jumping Jack Frost – 25 reps
Dasher, Dancer, Donner and Deadlift – 12 Reps
Blitzer Butt-Kicks – 25 reps/leg
The Grinch’s’ Glute Bridge – 15 reps
Merry Mountain Climbers – 25 reps/leg
Santas’ Sumo Squats – 12 reps
Tannenbaum Burpees – 10 reps
Repeat rotation 2-3 times and then stretch.
