Loyola University Institute of Public Health has partnered with LCF and Dominican University to help families develop healthy lifestyles! The Family Lifestyle Program (FLIP) offers local families fun and effective fitness and nutrition classes once a week at the Maywood Fine Arts Association. Fitness classes will be led by exercise science students from Loyola University and nutrition sessions will be led by dietetics students from Dominican University. LCF’s very own Morgan Zaviska and Alisha Harrison also participate and lead the Thursday night high-intensity fitness class.
Classes/Sessions
Low-intensity fitness class, Saturdays, 9:00am
High-intensity fitness class (adults only), Thursdays, 7:00pm
Nutrition session (15 – 20 minutes) Saturdays, 10:00am, immediately following the fitness class
