Bob Christmas has been a member of Loyola Center for Fitness for four years. Christmas tried yoga and other group exercise classes to help him improve his balance and flexibility. “My biggest fear was falling, especially in the shower,” said Christmas. Once he started personal training with Carlo Fata, massage therapy and attending Rock Steady Boxing, those fears vanished.
Fata has “been a great motivator and always pushes me to try new things,” said Christmas. “The continual success of my training has only gotten better.” Christmas takes a 90-minute Rock Steady Boxing class twice a week. Recently, he’s been receiving compliments on his improved posture, physique and yoga practice.
