Member Ron Davis has been using his MyZone since March of 2018 and has nothing but great things to say about it:
“I have really enjoyed using the MyZone monitoring system as it has been fun, easy to use and most importantly has assisted me in improving my overall fitness level by providing consistent and accurate objective data. I assumed I was working very hard during my exercise sessions and small group classes. However, after wearing the monitor for a couple of days, I was disappointed to learn that my assumption was incorrect. Wearing the monitor has provided me with immediate and ongoing feedback that has allowed me to maximize my level of effort,” said Ron
Over the past 10 months, Ron has seen an 11 % decrease in his resting heart rate and an improvement of 15 % heart rate to recovery from exercise.
“An unexpected benefit to using the MyZone monitor has been that it has allowed me to connect with my friends at the Fitness Center to share and monitor our exercise experiences. I have enjoyed receiving comments and encouragement from others when trying a new class or activity or attaining an exercise goal”
