Learn how to identify a blocked chakra as we perform Yoga poses specific to each of the 7 chakras. We will complete our ritual as we immerse ourselves in a guided chakra meditation.

In YOGIC thought it is believed that our chakras (energy wheels) energize the physical body thus influencing our physical, emotional and mental well-being.  Clearing chakra blockages aid in support and brings back balance to the energy flow of the body.

Participants will enjoy tea together to conclude the evening meditation.
