This is an “Every Minute on the Minute” (EMOM) class format. Exercises are performed for a certain amount of repetitions in one minute. The remaining time left on the clock is for rest. Yes, Rest is part of the workout! This type of class is effective, time-efficient, and meets the needs of every level.
