Partner Yoga

Explore familiar yoga poses (asanas) with a yoga partner to experience added support, increased flexibility, and body awareness.  Have fun exploring and enjoying higher levels of asanas such as Tree, Warrior, Gate and other unique partner combinations. We’ll close class with a chakra clearing.

Instructors: LCF Yoga Instructors, Loni and  Maura

Cost per person: $16 Members, $21 Non-Members
