Women’s Day Event – Saturday, October 27 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

To be Healthy as a Whole, Mental Wellness Plays a Role

Loyola Center for Fitness Center is hosting our annual Women’s Day Event. All guests who join LCF during this event will receive $0 enrollment, $0 down for October and a 3-Pack of SPARC group training classes*.
*SPARC is a small group training class designed for all levels of fitness.

Enjoy a special day of lectures, booths, presentations, classes, and fun activities. Come meet our degreed and certified Fitness Specialists to learn more about our medical fitness programs and safety standards and take a tour.

11:00 a.m.: Mindful Living – The Power of Presence with Keynote Speaker: Chris Johnson, PsyD., Founder of Q4 Consulting Inc.

12:15 p.m.: Healthy Foods Cooking Demo with Justin Zabinski, MS, RD, LDN, CPT & John Lane, Chef
