H20 Cardio

Use the buoyancy of the water to lighten the load on your joints for a cardiovascular focused workout guaranteed to get your heart pumping.

Aqua Flow

Experience a gentle blend of Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi and Ai Chi in the water to improve strength, balance, core stability, flexibility and range of motion.

Cycling

This class provides music and coaching that begs your legs to pedal through varied terrain. Myzone fitness trackers are recommended. Arrive early to get a lanyard from the front desk to reserve your bike, and for bike set up.
