Gentle Flex

Group Ex Studio

Experience gentle active range of motion exercises that increase flexibility and strengthen at the same time. An ideal format for the older adult.


Warm Water Pool

This interval training style water class will bring high intensity cardio moves together with challenging muscular endurance.

Body Works Express
