The Foundations Program is a multidisciplinary approach to weight loss. This program includes three main areas that contribute to your success in weight loss and into maintenance. Over the course of 12-weeks, the Foundations approach includes 6 nutrition counseling sessions with a registered dietitian, 6 behavior counseling sessions with a wellness coach, and 30 personal training sessions with a degreed and nationally accredited certified trainer.
Working one-on-one with our expert staff will help you gain the knowledge you will need to make permanent changes in your lifestyle. Participants will begin with an initial fitness assessment and follow-up with a re-assessment when the program is completed. Physician’s clearance is required prior to participation.
Non-members have full access to our facility and classes during the program.
