Our Next Steps programs are medically based fitness programs available at Loyola Center for Fitness. These 8-week fitness programs are designed for individuals transitioning from or managing a medical condition or simply needing additional support, and are open to the community. Each program is $99 to non-members and $50 for current members.
Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., 6:30p.m.-7:30p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
*We also offer make up sessions on Friday and Saturday.
