Next Steps™ is a collection of fitness programs for individuals transitioning from or managing a medical condition or needing additional support to improve their level of physical activity. If you have a medical condition or need support to be more active, Next Steps™ fitness programs are designed for you. Each program is $99 to non-members and $50 for current members.
Each program includes:
Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., 6:30p.m. – 7:30p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
*We also offer make up sessions on Friday and Saturday.
