A high intensity cardio-based total body conditioning class using no equipment. Highly challenging & results-driven. Increase metabolism, strength & calories burned. Modifications can be made but please be injury free.

Foam Roll Stability

Group Ex Studio

This 1/2 hour foam roller class uses the roller as a challenge to core stability. For much of the class, you lie on top of the roller or place it under your feet to magnify the instability that you may not be aware you carry and to find the necessary core musculature to address it.
