We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming April Wellness Week! This week is dedicated to taking care of your physical and mental health through classes, presentations, info booths, and more. This event is open to the community, and to make it easy to join us we are offering FREE day passes all week long. Non-members can stop in any day this week to request a pass and experience everything Loyola Center for Fitness has to offer. Participate in one or all of our daily themed events for an opportunity to prioritize your overall well-being, inside and out.

Movement – Monday, April 20
