Join us for a special health and fitness event for our senior community. Seniors 60 and better will have FREE access to Loyola Center for Fitness. Come explore our fitness center, participate in group activities and connect with other seniors in a supportive environment. Plus, seniors can save on membership with a special offer on this day only.

- 11:15 a.m.: Fueling Healthy Aging: Nutrition Essentials for Older Adults Presentation
- Light snacks and refreshments
