Looking for a personalized program for your sport? Train with Daryus Lemons and he will create a Strength and Conditioning program tailored to your needs and training style. You’ll receive pre-program and post-program testing, plus strength training, conditioning, and mobility training throughout your program. Programs are completed in one-on-one or small group (2-10 athletes) personal training sessions.

About Daryus Lemons, NASM-CPT

Daryus is a Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer at Loyola Center for Fitness. Daryus played football both in high school and college, and from 2015 to 2019, Daryus played four years at Concordia University Chicago, a Division III athletic program. At Concordia, Daryus earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a double minor in Coaching and Sports Management. From 2019 to 2021, he earned his master’s degree in applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning.

Mission Statement: “To be able to grow, learn, and work to achieve my goals to be successful. It is important for me to go out beyond the call of duty for my job.”

NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) (Earned April 2021-Present)
CPR/AED Certified (Earned February 2021-Present)
Studying for the NSCA-CSCS (Summer/Fall 2025)
