We are so excited to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House! Join us for a day of exploration, education, and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Loyola Center for Fitness.
Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? MyFitRx offers 10 specialized pathways to support those with chronic conditions through expert guidance and a supportive environment in person or online. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments, and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
During the open house, you will have the opportunity to learn more about MyFitRx and enjoy:

- Facility tours
- Learn about MyFitRx and how the program can support your health and wellness goals
- Visit information tables featuring MyFitRx®, medical departments, and community health partners
- Explore our fitness services, programs, and membership offerings
- BodyScript™ demonstrations
- Complimentary blood pressure screenings
- Exclusive guest access to the facility for the day
Classes and Workshops:
- 9:30 a.m. – Presentation by Pillars Community Health
- 10:30 a.m. – Presentation by Loyola Physical Therapy
- 11:30 a.m. – Presentation by Loyola Dietetics (topic to be announced)
- 12:15 p.m. – Nicole Brainerd will present on fitness topics and available fitness programs and services

- Drawings for personal training and small group personal training sessions
