This class provides music and coaching that begs your legs to pedal through varied terrain. Myzone fitness trackers are recommended. Arrive early to get a lanyard from the front desk to reserve your bike, and for bike set up.

The term “pop-up” refers to one-day classes not on our regular Group Exercise schedule. Join Morgan for a fun cycling class. Lanyards are still required. Please pick up at front desk up to an hour before class begins.
