I have been with Loyola Center for Fitness since 2011. I started off as a Personal Trainer/ Fitness Specialist and was promoted to Fitness Manager in 2013. I became the Center Director in 2016. My goal is to give each and every member the ultimate experience each day they use the center. I thrive to make customer service my number one priority and will do everything I can to help each and every member succeed in their health and fitness goals.
I started working in the LCF café in January 2018. I had been working in restaurants for the previous 17 years and was ready for a change of scenery. As soon as I started I knew I was going to love it here. I am surrounded by a great team, and get to use my culinary back round to create restaurant dishes in a new atmosphere. I recently was promoted to café manager in September of 2020, and will continue to provide new and seasonal dishes!
I am motivated to help each member reach their fitness goal. Driving customer service and member satisfaction is so important.
I love group fitness classes and there’s no better place to teach them and take them than Loyola Center for Fitness! We have something for everyone. All of our instructors are trained and certified to meet the needs of all of our members. We are here to provide safe, effective, and motivating classes that will challenge you to meet your fitness goals and inspire you to keep coming back for more. I not only manage the group exercise department, I also teach Aqua, Spinning, Group Active, Body Shred, and Tabata classes. For me as an instructor and the Group Exercise Coordinator, there is nothing better than witnessing a group of our members working out together, sweating, smiling and having fun in the studios or the pool!
I have been employed at Loyola Center for Fitness since 2008. I started as a Member Service Representative where I learned countless members' names and stories. I aimed to provide top notch customer service and greet everyone with a friendly smile. I worked my way up to Sales Representative and focused on bringing in new members for the next 4 years. Building a strong rapport with prospects and members was always important to me so each person knew they are an individual- not a number. I've most recently moved up to the Center's Administrative Accounting Coordinator. Now my main responsibilities are based behind-the-scenes. I handle the Center's finances, organize staff matters, and make sure our members' billing matters are in order. No matter what position I hold at LCF, you will still spot me working out on the fitness floor or participating in a group exercise class when I'm off the clock! I believe everyone needs to make time to focus on their physical and mental health.
Facility cleanliness is the most important aspect to member engagement. Making sure everything is clean, and available for our members is my goal.
I love working with the team and promoting a positive atmosphere for the members. Making sure they have a safe and clean place to exercise is my goal.
I started here at Loyola Center for Fitness as a Fitness Intern in January of 2017 and liked all the staff and members so much that I never left! I started my position as Member Service Manager in October of 2019 after working as a Fitness Specialist/Personal Trainer since the end of my internship. In my position as Member Service Manager, I hope to continue to work with and serve the amazing members here at LCF with any membership needs by being here to listen to any and all comments, questions or concerns that members have. Then use that feedback to work to help make the membership experience the best that it can be for all LCF members.
