Extreme Boot Camp
Join fitness specialist Mike Mullen for this high energy, 8-Week Session, boot camp class. The workouts will combine strength and cardio for maximum results through interval and circuit training. In the hour long boot camp, expect the unexpected with workouts full of variety and fun! Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
Get In, Get Out
Join Personal Trainers Morgan Zaviska, Elliott Metheny, Nicole Capone, and Carlo Fata for Get In Get Out (GIGO). GIGO is a high intensity total body workout lasting 30-minutes, three times a week. The class combines strength training and mixed cardio intervals to keep your heart pumping. This energetic and interesting class will keep you coming back for more. Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with options of taking class at 6:30am, 12:30pm, or 5:30pm.
Join personal trainer and marathon runner Morgan Zaviska for this 10-week training program that will get runners of any level ready for their next race! Combining long and short runs, speed drills, strength training and core work, every class is a different workout to help achieve new goals with your running.
Pilates Reformer sessions are offered in small groups and individual sessions.
The small group classes are limited to 5 participants and meet in Studio 2. Each small group session lasts for 6 weeks. Individual sessions are scheduled with the Pilates Trainer.
Introduction to Reformer: This is an opportunity to become familiar with the practice, phraseology and philosophy associated with Joseph Pilates Universal Reformer.
Basic Reformer: For Reformer students who wish to maintain a steady relationship with Pilates reformer work. Students should be familiar with the equipment.
Advanced Reformer: This Reformer course uses the Universal Reformer to push farther and harder in Pilates based exercises. Student should be proficient with the equipment.

Tread and Shed 2.0
These 45 minute innovative cardio interval classes include treadmill, elliptical, and track work. Get ready to revamp your cardio routine.
This class is a platform between the basic class and advanced. Students need to be familiar with the equipment, movements, and terminology.
Boxing Bootcamp is the perfect cross-training platform for you! This class will teach you proper boxing technique in the forms of speed, power, strength and explosiveness. It will challenge you both physically and mentally through both boxing and circuit style strength workouts. If you’re up for the challenge to train like an athlete with the fitness of a boxer, join trainer Carlo Fata for Boxing Bootcamp.
Join Chris Cooper for Tri Swimming and improve your swim technique, build endurance, and improve your time. All swim levels welcome!
Strong and Stable
Having good balance allows us to control and maintain our body’s position during movement or while being stationary. This strength and balance class will help in improving your balance while incorporating a little bit of resistance training to keep those muscles strong that are required for good balance. Join Jen and become strong and stable!
Spin Boot Camp
Looking to change up your routine? Join Nicole for a great interval training ride! This 4 week class will take you on and off the bike for a total body, boot camp style workout.
