Small Group Training Programs
Get In, Get Out
GIGO is a program of high-energy classes that combine cardio and strength training interval exercises for an intense total body workout in only 30 minutes. You will keep coming back for more! Class meets on the basketball court.
Pilates Reformer sessions are offered in small groups and individual sessions. The small group classes are limited to 5 participants and meet in Studio 2. Each small group session lasts for 6 weeks. Individual sessions are scheduled with the Pilates Trainer.
Introduction to Reformer: This is an opportunity to become familiar with the practice, phraseology and philosophy associated with Joseph Pilates Universal Reformer.
Basic Reformer: For Reformer students who wish to maintain a steady relationship with Pilates reformer work. Students should be familiar with the equipment.
Advanced Reformer: This Reformer course uses the Universal Reformer to push farther and harder in Pilates based exercises. Student should be proficient with the equipment.

Tread and Shed
These 45-minute innovative cardio interval classes include work on and off the treadmill. Get ready to revamp your cardio routine!
This class is a platform between the basic class and advanced. Students need to be familiar with the equipment, movements, and terminology.
Spin Boot Camp
