Pop-Up Cycle class with Morgan

The term “pop-up” refers to one-day classes not on our regular Group Exercise Schedule.

This class provides music and coaching that begs your legs to pedal through varied terrain. Heart rate monitors are recommended. Arrive early for Lanyard pick up from the front desk to reserve your bike, and for bike set up.
