These time-efficient classes combine dynamic warm-ups and circuit-style workouts consisting of body weight and equipment exercises, agility, power, and continuous total body movement.
Participants of all fitness abilities will enjoy the small group atmosphere and be encouraged to work harder, perform better, and feel their best!
