Member Benefits
At Loyola Center for Fitness we believe that we can help you make changes in your life. Whether you are beginning an exercise program or an experienced athlete, our state of the art facility, degreed and certified staff will meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. Several options for membership are available, including individual, couple, family (3-5) people, senior and senior couple. All members must be 18 years of age or older with the exception of 16 and 17 year olds as part of a family membership. Couple and family memberships are determined by shared residency. Corporate memberships can be arranged with the Member Service Manager.
All memberships include:
- Orientation to services and facility features
- Daily group fitness classes including strength training, cardio, aqua and spin
- Access to all facilities and amenities
- Personal fitness orientation
- Personal fitness profile and consultation
- Full size basketball court
- Lap pool and warm water exercise pool
Fitness Assessment (Profile and Consultation):
- Body weight and height
- Vitals including blood pressure and heart rate
- Cholesterol screening
- Muscular strength and endurance testing
- Flexibility testing
- Body fat testing
- Circumference testing
- Sub-max treadmill or bike testing
Personalized Exercise Plan
After your fitness assessment (profile and consultation), you will have a follow-up consultation with your fitness specialist where your results will be reviewed. Your fitness specialist also will design a workout program for you to follow based on your individual goals and current fitness level. Your fitness specialist will follow up with you regularly until you are comfortable with your exercise program.
How to Become a Member:
- Fill out a membership inquiry form on-line and a Member Specialist will call you with details
- Call (708) 327-2348 and speak with a Member Service Specialist
- Stop by to take a tour anytime between 8:00 am-8:00 pm Monday through Friday or by appointment on the weekend.
Membership Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 5:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (May-August)
Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (September-April)
Guest Policy:
Each Guest of Loyola Center for Fitness must:
- Be 18 years of age
- Pay a $10.00 guest fee set by Loyola Center for Fitness or present valid guest pass to the front desk.
- Present a photo I.D.
- Sign a waiver and release of liability prior to using the facility.
- Must be accompanied by a current member or have a valid guest pass.
