Change Your Weigh prepares you for the challenges you will face in real life. From preparing your own meals to eating out in restaurants, you will be given the proper tools to make the right decisions. Our degreed professionals will provide scientifically proven methods to successful weight loss and weight maintenance.
Important Note: This program is currently under review. We look forward to bringing back the class when we feel the time is more appropriate. Please feel free to complete the form below if you would like to schedule one on one personal training to help you reach your fitness goals. We hope to have it run in January 2022.
$139 for members; $169 for non-members
Health History Questionnaire must be completed at time of enrollment, and a physicians clearance may be required. Change Your Weigh is available to members and non-members. Non-members are allowed to use our facility during the 10-week program.
