Pilates Mat

Learn the traditional core strengthening exercises created by Joseph Pilates. Pilates will help strengthen your core, hips, and lower back.

Aqua Fit

Use the water's resistance and buoyancy for an aerobic and muscle conditioning workout with reduced impact on your joints. Equipment such as noodles, dumbbells and aqua gloves may be used to enhance the workout.

Pool Volleyball

Lap Pool

Bump and set your way through safe, physically distanced play. This 'class' is more about fun and bumping the ball around as many times as possible between participants, practicing eye/hand coordination, balance, core and having fun without 'competing' against one another. The volleyball net will usually not be used. Class is limited to 12 participants.

Cycling Studio

This class provides music and coaching that begs your legs to pedal through varied terrain. Heart rate monitors are recommended. Arrive early for bike set up.
