Get ready to amp up your cardio with Tabata Intervals on and off the Step. (floor options will be offered) We will perform 8 rounds of work – each 4 minutes in length. Tabata is known as the 4-minute workout. In each 4 minute block participants work hard for 20 seconds, have a 10 second recovery, and repeat for a total of 8 times. It’s quick, efficient, and over before you know it! You can do anything for 20 seconds!
