Tabata is known as the “4 Minute Workout”! Work hard for brief periods of time with a 10 second break in between. It’s intense, fun & over before you know it. Boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after class is over. Class will incorporate both cardio and strength exercises. Modifications can be given.
