This class is intense, fun & over before you know it. Tabata is known as the “4 Minute Workout”! Boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after class is over. Exercises are performed for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest for a total of 8 times (4-minutes!). We will do 8 rounds of different exercise combinations for a full body workout. Modifications can be given.
