Spend a half hour using the foam roller to self-massage your own fascia tissue to release the stress within the fascia and soothe sore muscles. The foam roller is a great tool to release muscle tension, ease joint stress, improve range of motion, and help maintain functional muscular length. You’ll feel refreshed and ready for the day and your next workout after class.
