Tabata is known as the “4 Minute Workout”! Work out hard for short 20 second intervals followed by a 10 second rest, then repeat a total of 8 more times for a complete Tabata. We’ll go through 8 total Tabatas to get a complete full body workout! Boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after class is over. Modifications will be given.
