Continue to Change Your Weigh™

Second Floor Classroom

Did you graduate from the All-New Change Your Weigh™ class? Are you wondering, “What now?” Well look no further. Continue to Change Your Weigh™! The focus of the program is to provide support for participants to become more independent and accountable.

$50 – $65

Cardio Strength Intervals

Gym Floor

Perform short intervals of cardio and strength exercises to challenge your entire body in a short amount of time.

Cycling

Group Ex Studio

This class provides music and coaching that begs your legs to pedal through varied terrain. Heart rate monitors are recommended. Arrive early for bike set up.

Pool Volleyball

Lap Pool

Bump and set your way through safe, physically distanced play. This 'class' is more about fun and bumping the ball around as many times as possible between participants, practicing eye/hand coordination, balance, core and having fun without 'competing' against one another. The volleyball net will usually not be used. Class is limited to 12 participants.

Chair Yoga

Group Ex Studio

A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated in a chair. Class moves at a slower pace to focus on individuals' needs & ranges of motion. An ideal format for the older adult or anyone with balance concerns.

H2Overload

Warm Water Pool

This interval training style water class will bring high intensity cardio moves together with challenging muscular endurance.

Foam Roll Stability

Group Ex Studio

Spend a half hour using the foam roller as a stability challenge. There is a great deal of core work involved in simple balancing and stretching.

Zumba Fitness

Gym Floor

Join the Zumba party! Dance to salsa, merengue, cumbia & reggaeton rhythms. Get your heart pumping & body moving. You won't even realize it's exercise!

Group Active™

Gym Floor

Activate your life! Cardio (using The Step™), strength, balance, core and flexibility. A complete full body workout in 1 hour!
