Join Alisha as she leads you through an energetic workout full of hip-hop flavor and flare on and off The Step® platform. You’ll learn step by step patterns that will keep you moving, sweating, and having so much fun. You won’t even realize you’re exercising!
This 8-week long class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. These gentle activities in warm water with guidance from a trained instructor will help you gain strength and flexibility.
