Bump and set your way through safe, physically distanced play. This 'class' is more about fun and bumping the ball around as many times as possible between participants, practicing eye/hand coordination, balance, core and having fun without 'competing' against one another. The volleyball net will usually not be used. Class is limited to 12 participants.
Class involves a series of movements performed in a slow gentle way. Focus on breathing and body awareness in this slow moving form of meditation.
