April 24-30 is Medical Fitness Week. During this week, Loyola Center for Fitness will host the MOVE150 program, which focuses on encouraging our members to be active regardless of your current fitness level. Pick up a tracker sheet at the Member Services Desk and complete the activities listed until you reach 150 minutes of exercise for the week. Once complete, your tracker sheet will be entered into a drawing to win a Polar® M200 GPS running watch (a $150 value)!
Medically integrated fitness focuses on overall wellness instead of only transformational exercise. Whether you have a chronic medical condition or need help to be more active, we have programs such as our Next Steps fitness programs to encourage, inform and transform your life.
