Attention all current members! You are personally invited to bring your friends to this exciting event. As a current member, if you refer a new membership, you will earn TWO FREE MONTHS of individual dues. New members must be 18 years old and older. Here are three reasons to work out with friends according to the Centers for Disease Control:
Feel more motivated. Keep your motivation and intention to work harder with encouragement from friends. Plus, there’s nothing wrong with a little friendly competition.
Be more adventurous. Friends can encourage you to try something new. Whether it’s a new group exercise class or exercise technique, it’s easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love.
Be more consistent. You won’t let your friends down when you commit to working out together. Friends help you to stay accountable to your workout goals and consistent with your workout routine.
