Silver Swift is a dynamic and empowering fitness experience tailored specifically for active older adults. This program will unlock your full potential as you embark on a journey of enhanced agility, quickness, and speed. Our fitness specialist will work with you at your own pace and help you achieve your fitness goals.
As we age, it is natural for our agility and speed to decline. However, these are important skills for maintaining independence and preventing falls. Agility and speed can also help you improve your performance in everyday activities and sports. In each class, you will engage in a variety of fun and challenging exercises designed to test your reflexes, balance, and overall mobility. You will also learn how to apply these skills to your favorite sports, such as pickleball and tennis.
The fitness specialists in the Silver Swift: Agility & Speed Boost program are experienced and certified professionals who are passionate about helping older adults maintain their fitness and reduce their risk of falls and injuries. They have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by older adults, and they are skilled at designing and delivering workouts that are both safe and effective. In addition to their technical expertise, the fitness specialists in this program will create a positive and encouraging environment where participants feel comfortable challenging themselves and reaching their full potential.

Cost: $56 Members, $66 Non-members
Fitness Specialist: Romel
This class is perfect for anyone who is 55 years of age or older and wants to improve their agility, speed, and quickness. The class is also a great option for anyone who wants to reduce their risk of injury or improve their overall fitness.
