We are hosting a Group Power™ Instructor Training Friday through Sunday in the Group Exercise Studio. Please note the class changes below beginning Friday at 11:30am and adjust your workouts accordingly.(for group exercise studio classes only)

4:30pm Complete Core, Gym Floor
5:00pm Strength Intervals, Gym Floor
6:00pm Work It Circuit, Gym Floor
Saturday, February 11th
7:30am Zumba Fitness, Gym Floor
8:30am Jump Rope Intervals, Gym Floor
9:30am Strength Intervals, Gym Floor
10:45am Pilates Mat, Racquetball Court
Sunday, February 12th
9:00am Work It Circuit, Gym Floor
